Its extremely important to find out what your potential employers will think of your degree and even just how much your degree will end up costing you.

One thing that is a pitfall for some students who go to college online is that some employers look at on campus degree as better than online degrees. This very well may be true in some specific cases because some online schools and programs are just not that good. This is the exact reason that you need to research you school in every way possible.

Another thing that makes online college harder for some students is that the format of getting an online degree is different than the norm. For some students it takes some getting use to, but for most of these students online colleges ends up being better than they expected because of the flexibility of their schedule.

By now you should realize that there are several pros and cons to getting a degree online. All you have to do is research as much a possible before you enroll and you can prevent future problems. Online college is just as accredited as on campus college if you choose the right school and the right program.
